Based on requirement, this modality is based on a mix of Watsu and Jansu. Having trained in Mexico, I have been learning, adjusting, trialing, and perfecting my craft, adapting to my own unique style which is personalized and adjusted for each individual based on needs and requirements.
The sessions are 30% on dry land and 70% in the water. We flow through and with the water and use our connection as a channel to achieve anything we desire, from releasing trauma to bringing in light, overcoming a fear of water, overcoming and facing a fear of drowning, or release from a drowning or near-death experience.
Taking you back to the womb, going back to the start, where it all began, and performing a full reset.
